Available in 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions. This remedial massage treatment is designed to relieve neck, shoulder and upper back pain caused by prolonged sitting, computer work, poor posture and everyday stress. Using targeted Thai remedial massage techniques with controlled pressure, we help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and support better posture. Each treatment is individually tailored following a brief assessment to focus on your specific areas of pain and movement restriction.
